Due to the nature of digital marketing and the allocation of resources upon payment, YourVisionTech has a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment is made, clients are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with services, changes in business direction, or failure to achieve desired results. This policy applies to all services and products offered by YourVisionTech.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information to us when requested. Failure to provide necessary information in a timely manner may delay or impair our ability to deliver services.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to graphics, content, and software developed or provided by YourVisionTech, remains the property of the Company unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
YourVisionTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with our services. Our maximum liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the past 3 months.
